Who can I help or what problems can I solve? : I help seniors (60+) and their families navigate the decisions and choices they face regarding placement in a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE); find the right match from over 150 facilities throughout Sonoma County and the North Bay; and support them along their journey with information and referrals to other service providers as appropriate.
